 Vermont Glass Guild Application

 

The 2024 Vermont Glass Guild [VGG] exhibition will be held in the Wilson Museum and Galleries of the Southern Vermont Arts Center (SVAC). The exhibition will take place from June 8th - September 22nd.

 

Please fill out this form to apply to be in this exciting exhibition! The application deadline for this exhibition is April 1st, . VGG and SVAC will be selecting artists and will be in touch after the deadline has passed.

 

Eligibility

 

• Applications are open to artists 18 yrs. or older, working in glass as the primary medium. Applicants need to be members of the Vermont Glass Guild.

 

• All exhibited artworks must be available for sale [no pre-sales, or nfs works].  Third party sales are prohibited.

 

• Preference will be given to works created in the last year.

 

• All work must be prepared for installation, including any and all necessary hardware.

 

• Applicants may submit only their own original work

 

• Artists are responsible for bringing work to and from SVAC campus.

 

• Sales of artwork are subject to a standard 40% SVAC commission rate.

 

 

Fee: $55 entry fee paid to VGG PayPal or Check (preferred)

Delivery Dates:

June 4th & 5th, from 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Marie Formichelli will be there on site. 

Talk to Marie if you need to drop off in Brattleboro at

Fire Arts or on a different date.

Installation by artist is by pre-approval only.

Key note speaker Paul Stankard is showing his new film and documentary at 3pm free for Glass Guild participants, $10 for non members.
